JBT Corporation operates a full metal fabrication shop stocked with new and advanced, state-of-the-art equipment. Our metal fabrication capabilities include:

We have the ability to punch and bend metal up to 24 feet and in thicknesses up to 11-gauge steel. Our design engineers offer full design capabilities and design support using nesting software and SolidWorks. Along with full metal fabrication, we can provide MIG, TIG, and resistance spot welding to help our customers reduce the number of required vendors on their projects. Our quoting process is fast and efficient, and we have full prototyping capabilities to keep projects moving on schedule.

With our advanced machinery and experienced team, we can work on new projects or support machine shop overflow from other contract manufacturers. Our versatility in equipment and operational flexibility allows us to work with customers in most industries. We also maintain a network of trusted vendors for other value-added or finishing services, such as painting and machining.

We verify the quality of all metal goods we produce. Our quality assurance equipment includes high-accuracy coordinate measuring machines, 2D scanners to check laser and punch flats, profilometers, and more.
